ESTABLISH A CAMPAIGN
5 easy steps to workplace fundraising at your company:
Community Shares has developed an
easy five step program to help you start a workplace giving campaign at your
company. Please call or email us to discuss how we can set up a giving
campaign that works best for your company.

Set a date
Invite Community Shares to start/join your workplace giving campaign.
With over 15 years of experience, we tailor new or expanded campaigns to
meet employer and employee needs while increasing support for more
community programs and services.

Distribute
Community Shares delivers posters, brochures, pledge cards and giveaway
items for distribution in your office. All you do is distribute the
items to your employees! Your employees will appreciate the option to
give to multiple issues and programs as well as a chance to help impact
their community.

Involve
Get employees involved and interested. Invite Community Shares or its
members to give presentations to your employees about how contributions
assist with services and benefit the community as well as resources they
might need and hands-on volunteer opportunities.

Collect
Employees can designate the Community Shares member agency of their
choice to support more non-profits working to improve their community.
You collect the pledge cards and send the contributions to Community
Shares. Your payroll service can help.

Share
Community Shares disburses contributions from your employees directly to
the charity they choose to support. These contributions provide steady,
continual funding to local charities.
